The location was perfect but very noisy place which in Istanbul and close to galata tower and istiklal street always fully of people and if you are going to enjoy your time in Istanbul so that should be fine for you 😀 👍

Great location of the hotel. I stayed here for one night in a standard room. There is not much space in the room, only a bed and a bedside table can be placed in the room. There is a private shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. There is also a small place where you can hang things on a hanger. It is ideal for those who, like me, came for a short time, as it is very close to the sights. The bed is comfortable and the mattress is soft. There are many bars and cafes nearby. With the windows closed, the noise from the street didn't bother me at all. There is a beautiful cafe on the ground floor. The hotel staff are very nice guys.

I've stayed in Jurnal hotel 3 times and it's been excellent. Hands down the best price for the quality and location. It's literally 1 turn away from Istiklal which is the main walking street. The room is pretty small but everything is brand new and working. Modern loft design, minifridge, tv, wifi, AC, shower. You won't find a cleaner and better place in this area. Trust me I've tried.

We enjoyed our stay in Journal Hotel. Room was clean and well equipped. Location is lovely, Galata tower and Istiklal (Taksim) is neraby. Despite it's tourists place, the hotel placed in a quite square, nothing will bother you. Stuff was super polite and honest with us. We had a delicious breakfast (cozy cafeteria in the first floor). We asked for earlier check-in and it was accepted. After check-out we had a chance to leave our luggage for a while.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Pera, in a quiet alley close to main Istiklal street. Lively area with lots of bars and restaurants, but I was given a quiet room (facing backwards and on upper floors) as requested. Small room but perfect for my needs, with a very useful mini-fridge. Fast wifi. Friendly staff, specially the young ones. Great price

Hospitality of personnel and location. Overall is very good value for money. It is a very cozy little hotel, in a quiet street, but next to Istiklal and very well communicated with Sulthanameth (by bus, metro,...).

Everything was perfect, rooms are good, beds very comfortable, hot shower with good pressure, great location around market, bars and restaurants. Staff is extremely kind and friendly, very helpful. As they had availability, we were allowed a last-minute early check-in and late check-out. Would highly recommend and will come back in a next opportunity.

The most think I liked in this hotel is the location ,it’s so close to istiklal street , and in a calme street which will offer you quiet sleep at night. Second is the personal which is incredibly kind. From the beginning they were offering all kind of support , smiling ,even good jokes 😊 .in terms of equipments all works from tv , ac, boiler … etc the price worth it and I recommande it.

I stayed at the JURNAL hotel, which is located in a very central area. I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms. I was also delighted to find out that they offered breakfast service in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise. From now on, JURNAL hotel will be my address whenever I'm in Istanbul.
